We are pleased to announce that, in mid 2010, we acquired the custom skylight system from Architectural Skylight Company, the monumental skylight division of Architectural Glazing Technologies. Founded in 1989, Architectural Skylight Company is a leader in custom skylight design by collaborating with our customers and becoming part of their design team.

E-Skylight, Inc. partners with Bellwether Design Technologies to provide the same level of excellence for the design and engineering that AGT was known for. Bellwether Design Technologies was founded in 2010 by key executives of AGT.

The foundation is a well tested system. The ASC System 2000™ is a tried and true system built on experience and success. The bricks are a highly skilled engineering and design team and an innovative, highly efficient manufacturing facility that always puts our customer first. The mortar is superb customer service and skilled project managers to coordinate and assist the process in a positive manner, so that the project arrives on site, on time. This results in a state of the art product, which has been carefully designed, engineered and manufactured to meet and exceed our customer's expectations.

Our system features are:

• A ball and socket hinge that provides flexibility between 15 and 45 degrees in slope
• A hidden-fastener design, which provides the clean, uncluttered look desired by most architects and building owners
• Integral cross-draining condensation control system
• Bolted fasteners at all structural connections
• Pre-gasketed parts for easier assembly and installation
